Customers in the United Kingdom may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving their order.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

Proof of purchase:

Proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email, is required for all return and exchange requests.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

Photos or videos, where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please do not return an item without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

For approved returns, pack the item securely and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, tags, and any free gifts received with the order.

4.3 Return Method and Label

Returns are made by mail.

A free return label is included in the package. Please use the provided return label and follow the return instructions supplied with your order or by our Customer Service team.

Once return authorisation has been provided, please send the return within 7 days.

5. Return Fees

Homanov does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

There is no cost for the return label provided with your package.

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Non-Defective Returns

Non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are new, unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and all included items.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos or videos of the issue where requested.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the return process after receiving the item.
